This is me Right Now.
This is me right now.
Just wanting to stay put and not THINK.
I am in my LAZIEST of times and why can't I do that?
So, i really wanted to just be in a restful state and not worry of how I move forward professionally. But priorities are piling up and so does my personal needs.
Therefore, since last night, have deleted Facebook and Instagram from my mobile to help me get to the peaceful state that I wanted to achieve. I want to be pure with my intentions and my plans. To enable me to think peacefully and purposely, i have to drive myself out from all distractions of the world that I used to excuse myself from being FOCUSED.
There is a time for everything and to me , this is the best time to get rid of SOCIAL MEDIA.
I will love myself . I will be the best version of me.

and this write up
Relevant and concise. That is what I got from this writer. Daniel Wong.
A very good reminder to a mom like me who is in the rollercoaster ride.
But I assure you, life is good.
Don't be afraid of the responsibilities of Motherhood. Actually, it is beyond Amazing!
Do you know a mom who’s stressed?
Or maybe you’re a stressed mom yourself?
I’ve worked with thousands of students over the years to help them become motivated, responsible and resilient.
As such, I get to interact with many parents on a daily basis too.
Most of these parents lead busy lives. They provide for their family, take care of their children, send their children to various classes and activities, and help their children with schoolwork.
This is on top of the other responsibilities they have to fulfill too!
I notice that the mothers I talk to are especially frustrated and stressed.
Why?
I’ve boiled it down to these 10 reasons:
1. They feel guilty. They feel as if they’re never doing enough for their children. They sometimes feel inadequate as a mother.
2. They compare themselves with other mothers. They see other mothers who seem to have everything figured out, and wonder why they don’t.
3. They strive for perfection. Instead of focusing on progress, they strive for perfection in their career, family life, etc. But perfection is never attainable, so they feel disappointed.
4. They have unresolved conflicts in their close relationships. They often have strained relationships with their children or spouse, which adds stress to their life.
5. They don’t take care of their own needs. They spend so much energy meeting the needs of others that they neglect their own physical and emotional needs.
6. They try too hard to control their circumstances. They feel uncomfortable when it seems that the situation is out of their control. As an instinctive response, they become more controlling.
7. They focus too much on what’s going wrong, rather than on what’s going right. Instead of concentrating on what they appreciate about their children, spouse and life, they concentrate on what needs to be changed or fixed.
8. They think they can have it all. They believe the message that mothers can have it all: career, family, social life, health, etc. But, in fact, no one can truly have it all, because choices always involve tradeoffs.
9. They worry too much about the future. They want the best for their children and family, so they often become anxious about the future.
10. They try to fix their children. When they see their children behaving in ways that aren’t ideal, they start nagging and reminding their children. But this rarely works, so they become even more frustrated.
Just to be clear, I'm not criticizing mothers! Mothers have a lot on their plates, and I greatly respect the work they do.
But it's definitely possible to be a happy, fulfilled and effective mom.
How do I know this?
Because I have a mom who's exactly like that!

A simple one
Glad to be here. Thankful that I am calmer. happier and in a better state of mind indeed.
I love the life you gave me oh God because it is good.
Life is good
Life is not always easy, but then you’ve never needed it to be easy.
Because you are strong, and willing to grow stronger.
You know the good things demand work.
And you’re always willing to do that work.
You’ve learned to take the troubles seriously while being able to laugh about them too.
You’ve found that joy is possible in every moment, and multiplies when shared.
You do what you have to do, when it must be done.
And you feel the incomparable satisfaction of knowing you’re always helping to push life along.
Most of all, you give until it hurts, then you give and give some more.
And when occasionally you turn around to look back, you’re amazed at how much progress you’ve made.
Life is good, because you are eager to accept it as it comes.
Life is good, because every day you renew your commitment to make it so.

here comes my favorite season!
SPRING. Days of tulips and beautiful weather.
So, for the first weekend of September, Spring came and remained true to its promise! And so here I am again, lookin' forward to days that I don't have to open my office emails and fret and sigh.
I actually love my life here in Sydney, it is more that I could imagine and could afforded. But there are days like this. I become so demotivated and tired and actually, it has been constant the past days. I am uninterested of all the chaos that is happening. All I want is to stood still at times and whilst part of me is trying to add value, I just don't have to nerve to try. Believe me, it is the most unhealthy feeling in the workplace.
I have no one to blame but me. That sometimes, I am the negative energy. and there are times , I needed to withdrew from this because I am trying not to negate the seemingly positive vibes they are trying to take on to this. Although i know deep inside, it is not going to work. see, i am negative.
What do you do?
Maybe next year ain't that bad. or maybe leave next year. I don't know. My mood hasn't changed for 2 months now and it is keeping me down whenever I go to office. It is just not me anymore.
I don't like this ill feeling. It's insane to be in this boat.
On the lighter note, our very simple Father's DAY out is no other than the place called McDo and outlets.
My girls are very lucky to have a dad like you.
Top 3 things you did right in this lifetime.
1. you begged that I marry you ( laugh)
2. you convinced me to procreate 2 children ( more laughs)
3 you looked at your daughters for the first time and promised them to be the best version of a Father than you can be. ( love)

That special day she turned 4!
A plan well executed. She already knew months before that it is going to be a Princess Poppy cake and luckily , we found the perfect balloons! Nothing over the top, a simple , all-about-her celeb! I really like how we celebrate our children's bday, we are trending to be low-key and simple. I am proud!
A little party at school is what she wanted.
and she remembered very well that we sang the " Happy Birthday " song , she blew the candle and she cut her cake. I guess for children they just want the simple things in life and what they actually remember is that feeling of LOVE all the way.
I am very happy my that children appreciates small and big efforts alike
We did 2 vid sessions for her . The first one a week before she got sick at our backyard and the second one was highlights from her celebration at school surrounded by her friends. A mem'rable one!
We love you Kylene! I can't believe you are now 4!
